Yes, every Built In President's Club inductee can invite one guest. Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling or best friend. It should be someone that is an important part of your life.
All RSVPs must be received by March 15th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the June trip.
Executive Group Travel will be handling all flight booking. Upon completing your registration, EGT will be in contact to provide flight options for you and your guest.
We ask that you please do not book flights on your own.
Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests. Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be billed back to you through payroll.
This is a casual trip but the steakhouse on property requires smart casual in the evening. This is long pants, collar shirt, and no sandals for men. For women long slacks, blouses, sundresses, etc are recommended.
Given this is an all-inclusive property, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip)!
Please remember- bottles of wine are NOT included as part of the all-inclusive package. Glasses of wine are complimentary. If you choose to upgrade your wine at dinner, we do ask that you cover that personally.
Yes. When you arrive to SJD airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the BUILT IN sign held by AMSTAR once you exit the airport. Once we are closer to the trip they will provide the number pole they will be waiting under.
Upon arrival, when you pass through immigration, please make sure you keep the white bottom section of the immigration form as you will need it to depart the country!
For your transfer from Garza to the SJD airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.
There will be two options.
1. All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner. This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.
2. Travefy will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event. Please download Travefy through the personalized link we send you before the trip!
